About us

Bringing science into every home

The Science Store Malta was founded in November 2020 by Dr Daniela Farrugia, a scientist and researcher with a passion for teaching science and maths.

Our story

As a scientist and researcher, Daniela has always loved teaching science and maths at different educational levels and taking part in science outreach activities.

The store was born with one aim: to bring science to as many households as possible. We want children to enjoy learning about scientific ideas, while building the skills that STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) has to offer.
